Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed mental health therapist in Oklahoma to deliver high-quality therapy services with an affinity-based approach. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain patient records with EMDR interventions where appropriate.

The role supports counselors with centralized resources and referrals. You will also enjoy flexible scheduling and the chance to grow professionally within a supportive team dedicated to expanding access to mental health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or actively working toward licensure.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality therapy services, including EMDR interventions.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support client success.
