Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient therapy evaluations to assess emotional and behavioral needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical presentation and goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using CBT and other evidence-based approaches.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders within the scope of licensure.
• Meet with patients regularly to monitor progress and modify plans as clinically appropriate.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Establish trusting therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Demonstrate ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention and support with Salience psychiatric providers and the broader treatment team.
• Complete risk assessments, determine level of risk, and ensure follow-up after crisis situations.
• Demonstrate knowledge and application of crisis intervention and suicide prevention practices.
• Coordinate appropriate services, resources, and support during crisis.
