Preventive Measures is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver client-centered behavioral health services. You will maintain a weekly caseload, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as appropriate.

The role requires strong documentation in Credible EHR, knowledge of HIPAA, and collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care across levels of treatment.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care.
• Experience providing telehealth services, when applicable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation and productivity targets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy services.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and objectives based on client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing mental health and psychosocial concerns.
• Conduct crisis assessments and follow agency safety protocols.
