Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health required.
• Competence in assessment and treatment planning for children, adolescents and families.
• Knowledge of the natural history of dependence and related factors.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to use reliable personal transportation for duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation and intake interviews; assess problems and formulate diagnosis.
• Develop, implement and modify consumer treatment plans.
• Carry out case management and maintain active caseloads.
• Provide individual, group, family, and other therapies as needed within credentials.
• Provide crisis management and community-based consultation as appropriate.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Attend supervision and participate in continuing education.
