Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinician for the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Richmond, VA. This 16-bed, 24/7 residential program delivers behavioral health and substance use treatment to adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
The Clinician will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-informed interventions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and safe discharge planning.

Provides clinical and therapeutic services to individuals and groups in support of behavioral health, recovery, and treatment goals. Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, delivers evidence-informed interventions, maintains required clinical documentation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective client care. Participates in clinical consultation, crisis response, quality improvement, and program initiatives while promoting recovery-oriented, person-centered, and trauma-informed practices.
