Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team in Washington. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, supported by a structure with admin, billing, and marketing help.

The role requires an active DC license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC), direct clinical care experience, and strong communication skills. We offer a $70k-$90k+ salary, monthly incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in DC (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring
