Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Baltimore is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide evidence-based care to diverse patients. You will join a clinician-centered team with strong support and administrative resources to focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent MD license in Maryland (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Direct clinical care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.
• Work with adults, young adults and/or children as applicable.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
