Job summary

The Recovery Village Umatilla is hiring a licensed or pre-licensed therapist to join our residential treatment team. You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy and collaborate with medical and clinical staff, with support from Heather AI.

A Tuesday–Saturday schedule is offered, and we provide sign-on bonuses for eligible licensure levels. We value compassionate care and evidence-based practices, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related field is required or preferred.
• Licensure or active license (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) or registered intern status is required.
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation with support from Heather AI.
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.

Job Duties
