Job summary

The Recovery Village Umatilla seeks a licensed or pre-licensed behavioral health professional to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with medical and clinical teams to support patient progress.

Documentation is streamlined with Heather AI, enabling more time for patient care; the role follows a Tue-Saturday schedule in a dynamic, national behavioral

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern).
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
