The Recovery Village Palm Beach, part of a national behavioral health network, seeks licensed therapists for residential treatment roles with Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedules and a competitive benefits package.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care, provide individual, group, and family therapy, complete biopsychosocial assessments, coordinate with medical and clinical staff, and support discharge planning while documentation is assisted by Heather AI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern) required.
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
