Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc. provides individual and group therapy to individuals in addiction recovery, delivering relapse prevention and trauma-informed care. The team develops individualized treatment plans and collaborates across disciplines to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.

Staff participate in team meetings and treatment planning, supporting clients through early recovery and high-risk transitions, while maintaining professional documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible with credentials such as LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT, or LPCA.
• Experience working in addiction recovery or substance use treatment preferred.
• Candidates with a strong interest in addiction recovery are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• CEU support aligned with role requirements.
