Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Colorado is seeking licensed clinicians to join our collaborative, clinician-centered team in Castle Rock. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

We offer a guaranteed base pay between $60,000 and $100,000+ plus clinical hour-based incentives, a 401(k) match, generous CEU budgets, PTO, holidays, liability insurance, EAP, disability coverage, and office space in Castle

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
