Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Denver is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join a collaborative clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis interventions and thorough documentation.

Active Colorado license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and direct clinical care experience are essential, along with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
