Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will deliver compassionate patient service, triage, phlebotomy assistance, and help prepare treatment rooms while adhering to HIPAA and company policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment across our clinics and telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; CPR license required.
• Experience: 1 year as MA/EMT/Paramedic preferred in clinic setting, urgent care preferred.
• Licenses: CPR license active and verifiable; appropriate licensure where applicable.
• Compliance: TB and IV certification or training required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support under supervision.
• Maintain friendly, professional relations with staff and patients.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake; triage by vitals; assist with phlebotomy.
• Support telehealth processes and virtual patient interactions.
• Ensure patient charts are accurate and up-to-date; assist with referrals and pre-authorizations.
