Fast Pace Health is hiring a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision of a Provider. You will deliver patient care, maintain a compassionate atmosphere, and respond rapidly to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
• TB and IV Certification to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• At least 1 year of MA/EMT/Paramedic experience preferred in a clinic setting, urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities of Patient Care Specialist as detailed in the job description.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees and build credibility.
• Deliver clinical and administrative support while following company policies.
• Adhere to Core Values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
• Comply with HIPAA and health information management requirements.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake and assist with minor procedures.
• Triage patients by checking vitals, perform blood draws and injections.
• Observe patients, chart changes, and report adverse reactions.
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, and telehealth support.
• Arrange referrals and obtain pre-authorizations as directed.
