Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision, delivering compassionate patient service and coordinating with providers. You will prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, and help with telehealth and charting.

Responsibilities include triage, lab support, phlebotomy, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies. A strong team mindset and reliable work ethic are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification a must.
• At least 1 year in a clinical support role (MA/EMT/Paramedic preferred).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health information management standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Triage patients by checking vitals and performing procedures.
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, and minor procedures.
• Support telehealth visits and virtual medicine providers.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate referrals and authorizations.
