Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. The role emphasizes patient service, accuracy in charting, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

The position includes responsibilities from preparing exam rooms to triaging patients, performing phlebotomy tasks, and supporting telehealth care, with opportunities for growth within a team‑oriented clinic environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification preferred to be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• Active license or certification as MA, EMT, or Paramedic is strongly preferred.
• TB and IV certification required within 60 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support under supervision to clinicians.
• Maintain friendly, professional relations with staff and patients.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake and procedures.
• Triage patients, check vitals, perform phlebotomy tasks and injections as needed.
• Assist with lab testing and minor procedures.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
• Assist with telehealth patient interactions and coordination of care.
• Ensure accurate completion and timely filing of patient charts.
