Fast Pace Health is seeking a Clinical Tech to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision, delivering patient-centered care and ensuring HIPAA compliance. You will assist providers, triage, prepare rooms, and support phlebotomy, lab testing, and telehealth services across clinics.

Role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and maintaining a welcoming patient environment while handling charting, referrals, scheduling, and compliance duties.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification may be required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred, with understanding of patient privacy and HIPAA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based clinic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill responsibilities of Patient Care Specialist per job description.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with employees and patients.
• Deliver clinical and administrative support; adhere to company policies.
• Adhere to core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and health information management procedures.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms; triage patients and perform vitals, blood draws, injections as needed.
• Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, and minor procedures preparation.
• Maintain patient charts, forward charts daily as appropriate."
• Arrange referrals and obtain pre-authorizations as directed by Provider.
• Support telehealth efforts with virtual patient interactions.
• Compliance training and maintaining clinic cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
