Clinical Tech. (Medical Assistant)
At Fast Pace Health, Clinical Techs provide essential clinical and administrative support for effective patient care under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. They deliver outstanding patient service in a compassionate and welcoming environment, responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment. The role involves providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers through in-depth knowledge and effective communication with team members.

Additional Requirements:
Level 1: High School Diploma or equivalent, current CPR license, and at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinical setting, preferably urgent care.
Level 2: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with current CPR license, with either 4 years’ relevant experience and 2 years in Fast Pace role or 6 years’ relevant experience.
Level 3 & 4: Similar requirements with increased experience thresholds.
Additional responsibilities include administrative duties such as scheduling and training. CPR license must be active within 7 days of hire.
High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year experience preferred; active, verifiable license or certification required; TB and IV certification within 60 days if applicable.
