Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics is seeking a Clinical Tech II at West Valley Hospital in Dallas, Oregon. The role supports safe, efficient patient care by coordinating with providers, patients and interdisciplinary teams and documenting in EPIC.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) required before completion of orientation.
• Requires CNA/MA/clinical tech/EMT or related enrollment/experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a medical environment in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between providers, patients and teams with accurate EPIC documentation.
• Manage provider orders, referrals, authorizations and patient scheduling in EPIC for continuity of care.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing and document results accurately.
