Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Manager Clinical Team in New York to lead a skilled nursing team, drive clinical outcomes, and implement QAPI initiatives across Home Health services. You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator and play a key role in developing staff and delivering exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, program implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of active experience as an RN, preferably with 1 year in the home care industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.

What is Required?
