Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a group of healthcare professionals, drive quality outcomes, and implement QAPI programs. The role emphasizes developing an amazing team dedicated to providing right care at the right time, in the right place for patients served nationwide.

The Manager Clinical Team position offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to influence patient care at scale within home care services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of active experience as a RN, preferably with 1 year in the home care industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.

What is Required?
