Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Manager Clinical Team to lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals delivering the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place. You will drive clinical outcomes and guide the team to excellence in patient care across our home health operations.

With a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3 years of RN experience (1 year in home care), you’ll collaborate with the Director Nursing, implement QAPI programs, and support strategic initiatives while ensuring

What is Required?

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of active experience as a RN, preferably with 1 year in the home care industry
