Job summary

Centerstone, a leading nonprofit behavioral health system in Nashville, seeks a Team Leader to supervise 5–10 school-based therapists. You will oversee clinical treatment plans, provide supervision and administrative oversight, and ensure timely documentation and audits during business hours.

The role emphasizes licensure supervision, ongoing staff training, and collaboration across the team to deliver quality behavioral health services. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a community mental health setting.
• LPC-MHSP licensure with 5+ years licensure experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for vehicle insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to master’s level clinicians.
• Review, approve, and provide feedback on treatment plans within 3 business days.
• Complete monthly clinical audits.
• Coordinate with team members and maintain training/compliance.
• Attend administrative meetings and supervise staff as applicable.
• Provide clinical coverage when other supervisors are on PTO.
