Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Clinical Provider Supervisor to oversee Clinical Providers and deliver therapy to clients as needed. The role emphasizes supervision, caseload management, and collaboration to support positive client outcomes across settings.

The supervisor will guide service delivery, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in hiring and quality assurance while aligning with Tennessee regulations and Centerstone's trauma-informed culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted LCSW license in Tennessee.
• Experience in mental health or behavioral health services with supervision preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to assigned Clinical Providers and hold regular supervisory sessions and team meetings.
• Assist supervisees with time management and caseloads per Tennessee requirements.
• Provide individual, group, family, and other counseling services to meet client needs and treatment goals.
• Present educational material in public forums to promote community understanding of mental health.
• Participate in client staffing to identify problems and establish treatment goals within guidelines.
• Participate in emergency services to provide timely assistance in crises.
• Provide and coordinate comprehensive follow-up services for clients.
