Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required in one of the fields listed (Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, MFT).
• Completion of at least 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or other behavioral health coursework.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a community mental health setting; LPC-MHSP licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to master’s level clinicians and approve treatment plans within 3 business days.
• Perform monthly clinical audits and ensure documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with team members and maintain licensure supervision adherence.
• Provide clinical training and staff consultation during business hours.
• Respond to calls and emails within 24 hours; process paperwork promptly.
