Qualifications

• BSN required for this role.
• 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure in PA or NJ upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 clinical operations support and leadership for nursing staff.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day staff workflows to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager on budget forecasting and staffing plans.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes and experience.
• Mentor staff through training, coaching, and competency development.
• Address patient, family, and physician concerns through effective escalation protocols.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor adherence to standards of care.
