The University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support cancer clinical trials across Disease-Oriented Teams. You will coordinate enrollment, monitoring, and participant support while collaborating with clinical teams, research staff, and investigators to ensure study requirements are met and data is accurately documented.

This role may involve in-person work onsite with some remote options, and requires passing a caregiver check under Wisconsin

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of human subjects research preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience in oncology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as initial point of contact for participants and staff; provides information on procedures and expectations.
• Ensures adherence to research protocol; schedules logistics and secures resources for trials.
• Identifies resource needs and manages inventory for the work unit.
• Recruits, screens, and enrolls participants; collects information and answers questions under supervision.
• May perform basic medical assessments after training, such as vital signs and phlebotomy.
• Manages data and samples, ensuring completion per protocol.
