Job summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator will join the UW Carbone Cancer Center to support cancer clinical trials across Disease-Oriented Teams, ensuring safe enrollment and participant support. You will collaborate with clinical teams, research staff, and investigators—serving as a key coordinator and point of contact between patients, providers, and sponsors.

Some work may be performed in-person on campus with potential remote options; the role includes a caregiver check to comply with Wisconsin law

Qualifications

• Experience with human subjects research preferred.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for participants and staff; provide information on procedures and expectations; ensure protocol adherence.
• Schedule logistics, determine workflows, and secure resources for trials.
• Identify unit resources needs and manage inventory levels.
• Recruit, screen, enroll participants; collect information and answer questions under supervision.
• Manage data and samples, ensuring adherence to protocols.
