Job summary

Larimer County seeks a Treatment Services Team Lead for AIIM and Wellness Court programs to guide a dedicated team within Community Justice Alternatives. The role includes clinical evaluations, program referrals, court appearances, and direct case management for clients with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting mental health evaluations and presenting to courts.
• Ability to navigate mental health, substance abuse and criminal justice systems.
• Understanding of trauma-informed intervention and care.
• Proven expertise in providing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and evaluate eligibility for the program.
• Appear at court hearings and represent the program in proceedings.
• Oversee outpatient program milieu and supervise stakeholders.
• Facilitate and teach courses to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Outreach to connect clients with community resources.
• Request and obtain records from collateral agencies.
• Document client contact and care transitions.
• Lead staff meetings and supervise team members.
