Larimer County is seeking a Treatment Services Team Lead to guide the AIIM and Wellness Court programs in Fort Collins and Loveland. You will oversee referrals, conduct clinical evaluations, and provide direct case management and therapy for clients with complex mental health and co-occurring disorders.

You will mentor bachelor’s and master’s level practitioners, lead crisis intervention and life-skills training, and ensure adherence to court orders, with occasional on-call duties and potential

Competenze

• Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field per DORA.
• One year experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• CAS within 1 year of hire.
• LAC/LPC/LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist license within 1 year of hire.
• Valid Driver's License by date of hire.
• Adult First Aid, AED and CPR certifications within 6 months of hire.
