Job summary

Pillars of Wellness seeks a skilled clinician to serve as the Court-Involved Services Program Lead. This full-time role can be in-person, hybrid, or remote and focuses on leading a specialized program serving court-involved individuals.

Responsibilities include assessments, evidence-based interventions, and ensuring court-compliant documentation. Ideal candidates are licensed mental health professionals with experience in forensic settings, leadership, and collaboration with legal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Associate or fully licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC).
  • Experience with court-involved populations or forensic mental health.
  • Knowledge of court systems, legal processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Experience writing court reports and treatment summaries.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in legal settings, including testimony.
  • Leadership, supervisory, or program development experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the court-involved Services Program and mentor the team.
  • Provide individual or group therapy and assessments for court-involved clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of court-required documentation.
  • Prepare for and participate in court proceedings with testimony.
  • Maintain professional communication with court personnel and attorneys.
  • Ensure program compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Coordinate with leadership to define goals and oversee providers.
