Job summary

Larimer County seeks a Treatment Services Team Lead to guide clinical services in the AIIM and Wellness Court programs across Fort Collins and Loveland. The role includes evaluating referrals, conducting clinical assessments, appearing in court, and supervising bachelor’s case managers and master’s level practitioners.

You will lead crisis intervention, life skills training, and course facilitation, while coordinating with diverse partners and upholding trauma-informed care within a criminal

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field as defined by DORA is required.
• One year experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment, preferably in criminal justice or related area, required.
• Possession of Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) within 1 year of hire required.
• Possession of a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist within 1 year of hire required.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License by date of hire, required.
• Adult First Aid, AED and CPR certifications within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and conduct program evaluations to determine eligibility.
• Appear at court hearings.
• Manage outpatient program milieu.
• Facilitate/teach courses to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention.
• Outreach to connect clients with community resources.
• Request and obtain records from collateral agencies.
• Document client contact and development and implement transition/continuing care.
• Facilitate program staff meetings.
• Supervise staff and attend leadership meetings.
