Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Team Manager to oversee administrative and clinical functions for CBHC services across Danvers, MA and Lynn, MA, with a focus on First Episode Psychosis. The role requires clinical leadership and experience with psychosis, guiding staff to deliver person-centered care.

Travel between Danvers and Lynn locations is required. Eligible candidates hold an independent clinical license in Massachusetts and have supervisory experience in mental

Qualifications

• Independent Clinical License in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC or similar).
• Minimum 5 years experience with the target population.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with first-episode psychosis.
• Strong clinical, advocacy, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to staff, ensuring sound clinical judgment in responding to client needs, acuity and risk.
• Monitor overall service delivery, utilization, and resource deployment to meet client needs.
• Ensure client- and family-centered care with interventions aligned to preferences and needs.
• Provide supervision to supervisees to support targeted treatments.
• Continuously assess staff and client needs and implement improvements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to DMH.
