Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Assistant Team Manager for the CBHC Adult Intensive Team (AIT).

You will supervise staff, lead therapeutic groups, and coordinate care across Danvers and Lynn, MA, supporting adults, families, and youth toward treatment goals. Requirements: Master’s in Social Work, Psychology or related field; MA clinical license (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT); at least one year of supervisory experience; valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.).
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based care.
• Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations in line with agency and CBHC requirements.
• Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals.
• Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely, clinically sound, and aligned with treatment plans.
• Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and recovery-oriented care.

Conocimientos

Supervisory experience

Experience with adults with serious MI

Educación

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field

Massachusetts clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)
