Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lynnwood is launching the New Journeys First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program. A Clinical Supervisor will oversee a 5-person team, conduct regular clinical meetings, and drive outreach and education to secure referrals.

The ideal candidate is a fully licensed clinician with experience in psychosis and family education, including evidence-based practices. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice or clinical management in behavioral health.
• Must meet state clinical supervisor licensure requirements (LMHC/LMFT/LSW or related).

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of 5 clinicians and provide clinical supervision.
• Lead regular team clinical meetings and supervise clinicians.
• Manage outreach and community education to strengthen referral sources.
• Lead the screening process for referrals and engage participants and families.
• Serve as the family education provider, promoting shared decision making.
• Foster a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach to psychosis.
