Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor to launch and oversee a New Journeys First Episode Psychosis program in the Lynnwood clinic. You will supervise a team of five clinicians, lead regular meetings, and develop outreach and referral sources for timely care.

As a dual role, you will provide family education using shared decision making, participate in education initiatives, and ensure engagement of participants and families in treatment decisions with a recovery‑oriented

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice and/or clinical management in behavioral health.
• Must meet state clinical supervisor requirements and licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LSW or equivalent).
• COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Launch and oversee the New Journeys First Episode Psychosis program at the Lynnwood Sea Mar clinic.
• Provide clinical supervision, oversee a team of 5 clinicians, and lead regular team meetings.
• Engage outreach, education, and referral development to support treatment access.
• Act as primary contact for participants and families, guiding engagement and shared decision making.
• Serve as family education provider to support recovery-oriented care.
