DSS, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Analyst I to support customers within service levels, troubleshooting issues across workflows, alerts, reporting, and surveillance.

Ideal candidates have pharmacy experience or are Pharmacy Technicians, with ITIL Foundations and proficiency in our ticketing and knowledge bases. The role offers a flexible work arrangement (office in North Palm Beach, FL; remote or hybrid) and a strong path for professional growth through internal training and certifications.

• Write and maintain documentation of knowledge on our software and clinical components.
