DSS, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Analyst I to partner with customers, troubleshoot issues, and support clinical workflows across pharmacy, labs, and diagnostics.

The role requires ITIL Foundation knowledge and strong technical acumen in ticketing and knowledgebase systems. The ideal candidate will have pharmacy experience or be a Pharmacy Technician, with flexibility to work from our North Palm Beach, FL office, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and schedules.
• Experience with clinical workflows and EHR data is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmacy, lab, or clinical systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across pharmacy, labs, and diagnostic systems.
• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email within SLAs.
• Document knowledge and train users on software and clinical components.
• Handle high volumes of email and phone communications daily.
