Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and communicate clearly under tight timelines.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk environments or similar support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve Level 1 IT support requests from multiple channels.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of software at customer sites.
• Provide accurate documentation and updates to customers and team members.
• Maintain orderly and efficient handling of tasks and inquiries.
• Represent DSS, Inc. positively to customers and colleagues.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge and practical skills.
