Florida Urology Partners, LLC seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day support for EMR and clinical systems across the Tampa practice. You will troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and assist in onboarding and training materials.

The role emphasizes workflow optimization, quality initiatives, dashboards, and cross-department coordination; a Bachelor’s degree with healthcare experience and BI tool proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare experience in a similar or related role.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is required.
• Adeptness with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.) is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line support for EMR and other clinical systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks).
• Assist with troubleshooting basic system issues and escalate as needed.
• Support system updates, testing, and minor configuration changes.
• Develop and Run reports (Epic, BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.).
• Maintain and update tracking logs for key metrics.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and leadership reports.
• Maintain training materials (tip sheets, quick guides, workflows).
• Support onboarding of new staff with system basics.
• Coordinate communication between departments when needed.
