Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or a related field.
• Master degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Preferred).
• Minimum 5 yrs hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database and reporting solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL development, SSRS reports, and SSIS-based automation.
• Maintain and enhance custom EMR solutions that support patient measures and care coordination.
• Provide production support for the EMR and related clinical applications (troubleshooting, testing, upgrades).
• Support day-to-day clinical operations, including clinical printing workflows, new clinic setups, and device onboarding.
• Collaborate with MIS, clinicians, and hospital leadership to translate operational needs into data/reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across clinical/operational systems.
• Participate in CQI teams and adhere to Safety, Security, Infection Control, and Patient Service standards.
