Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Technology, or related field.
• Five+ years with Epic including customization and system build.
• Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations, analytics, and change management.
• Epic certifications and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization, configuration, implementation, and support of Epic and related clinical systems.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, workflows, templates, and documentation.
• Identify gaps, patient-safety risks, and opportunities for system improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Epic reporting tools, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Standardize processes, support onboarding and new locations, and drive adoption.
