Prisma Health in Maryville, TN seeks a flexible Unit Secretary who will also support at least one clinical role (PCT/NST/CNA). Under the RN, you provide clerical and administrative services, monitor supplies, and help maintain a safe environment for patients, families and staff.

This role blends customer service with basic nursing tasks and requires data collection related to patient status. Cross-training is expected, with education in nursing assistant or patient care tech coursework;

Qualifications

• Completion of nursing assistant, patient care tech or nursing fundamentals course.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clerical and administrative support under RN supervision.
• Monitor, stock, and inventory supplies; maintain unit supply rooms.
• Assist with basic nursing tasks and patient care activities as assigned.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors; answer phones and intercoms.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment in line with standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staff on patient status and data collection.
