Job summary

Qualifications

• Education - Completion of a nursing assistant class.
• Experience - No experience required.
• In lieu of the education requirement, Tennessee CNA certification accepted at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Unit Secretary duties and cross-training to other clinical support roles (e.g., PCT, CNA).
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and staff.
• Manage ordering, stocking, and inventory of equipment and supplies in collaboration with nurse manager.
• Perform general reception and clerical duties at the nurse’s station including data entry and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate the maintenance of a safe, clean, and functional environment per regulatory standards.
• Perform duties as a nursing unit worker per available function (PCT/NST/CNA).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
