Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator I to join our Clinical Support Services Team at the Safety Assessment site in Shrewsbury, MA. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of clinical materials and shipments and requires attention to detail with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience in a life science laboratory or equivalent.
• Must be detail-oriented and have general familiarity with lab procedures.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support to ensure timely delivery of clinical materials and shipments.
• Receive, ship, and manage inventory of biological samples in compliance with SOPs and GLPs.
• Read study protocols and extract information for study creation and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate flow of study information between clients and bioanalytical teams.
• Follow company SOPs and guidelines and ensure data accuracy.
