Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support patient care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and provide patient support for in-person and remote patients.
• Assist clinicians with prior authorizations, lab orders, and paperwork.
• Manage triage and escalation of urgent patient requests to appropriate departments.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal issues.
