Qualificações

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admissions and discharges to maintain efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of patient care quality with management team.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes and service.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to meet patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and equipment/supply management.
