Merakey invites applications for a Clinical Support II at our Sharon Hill, PA program. The role supports operational and clinical programming with a small weekly therapy caseload (about 10 billable hours) under the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with 1+ year clinical internship.
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience; outpatient or community-based behavioral health setting exposure.
• Strong clinical documentation, organization, data management, and communication skills; knowledge of behavioral health regulations, treatment planning, EHRs, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting high‑quality client care and program operations.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a Clinical Support II to join our team at our program at our Sharon Hill location (Delaware County, PA).

Earn $29.36/hr.

Position Details

The Clinical Support II, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, supports operational and clinical programming and regulatory compliance while maintaining a small caseload and providing approximately 10 billable hours of individual or family therapy each week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing required clinical documentation
• Coordinating client-to-therapist assignments
• Supporting billing and business office functions
• Facilitating new hire onboarding, credentialing, and training activities
• Conducting Medicare Incident-to audits and managing related bad debt processes
• Assisting with treatment plans for medication-only clients
• Collecting and analyzing program data
• Supporting preparation for audits and licensing reviewsEnsuring adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
• The Clinical Support II also performs other duties as assigned to support efficient program operations and high-quality service delivery
