Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Clinical Support II at our Sharon Hill program in Delaware County, PA. The role supports clinical programming, documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining a small therapy caseload and about 10 billable hours per week.

Pay is $29.36 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has a master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with at least one year of internship and two years' clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with at least one year of clinical internship and two years of direct clinical experience.
• Experience in outpatient or community-based behavioral health settings with ability to support quality, operations and regulatory compliance while maintaining a small caseload.
• Strong documentation, organization, data management, and communication skills with knowledge of behavioral health regulations, EHRs, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with teams, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting client care.

Position Details

The Clinical Support II, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, supports operational and clinical programming and regulatory compliance while maintaining a small caseload and providing approximately 10 billable hours of individual or family therapy each week.

The ideal candidate will have the following

• Experience in outpatient or community-based behavioral health settings and the ability to support program quality, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a small therapy caseload is required.
• Must demonstrate strong clinical documentation, organization, data management, and communication skills, as well as knowledge of behavioral health regulations, treatment planning, electronic health records, and compliance standards.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting high-quality client care and program operations.
